Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth.

Psalm 90:2 Before the mountains were born Or You gave birth to the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.
I walked into a book store recently and went over to the Religion section to find a specific book. First of all, not only is the Religious section sandwiched in between the New Age section and the Spirituality section, but spackled in with the Christian books are books denouncing Jesus Christ as the Son of God, books saying the rapture, tribulation, and the anti Christ have already appeared and books calling Christians closed minded, hateful, racist individuals. the Bible warns us about Christian persecution. Mark 13:9-13
But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Evolution and other theories are being shoved down our kids throats in school.
Christianity and Creationism is being dismissed on television, in college, and throughout the world. People who teach Creationism are fired unmercifully.
